The "Revival Cup" Charity Football Tournament (2026)

Registration is now open for the new season of the “Revival Cup,” a charity football tournament eagerly awaited by football fans across Azerbaijan.

The tournament is organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF). Teams wishing to participate must complete their registration by 1st November.

State bodies and companies active in Azerbaijan may enter the tournament by donating 2,000 manat donation to the Karabakh Revival Fund.

The draw will take place on 5 November, and the first round of matches will kick off on 15 November.

According to the tournament rules, which aim to support the restoration of Karabakh and promote a healthy lifestyle among people, 40 teams will compete in the tournament.

Matches will, as before, be held at the “Sportster” mini‑football complex in the Yasamal Royal Park area.

The tournament will last for six months. Players and head coaches of the top three teams will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals, respectively, along with special prizes. In addition, separate awards will go to the best goalkeeper, the top scorer, and the most valuable player (MVP).

One of the tournament’s most important features is its charitable character. All proceeds will be used to build sports infrastructure in the territories liberated from occupation. In this way, teams will not only compete but also contribute directly to the revival of Karabakh.

Last year’s inaugural “Revival Cup” saw the participation of 40 teams representing state bodies and companies that donated to the Karabakh Revival Fund in support of reconstruction efforts in the liberated territories.

A total of 141,000 AZN raised from sponsors and participating teams was allocated to constructing sports fields in Fuzuli Central Park, in the city of Fuzuli.
